outfit He laughed at her facial expression, it was like she highly disapproved of him watching it rather than reading the play. It wasn't like he was going to do his report on it, he was merely commenting on it. He was an idiot after all, not the brightest one, but defineately not dull. "Yeah, who knew I could read? I sure didn't, but you're right it is a really good book. Especially when they are hunting underwater, or when they are trying to figure out how long they have to live while being held in the little room. Yeah nice book it ws."

"Sophie nodded, at least now she knew that he had details on the book. Making it more believable that he had actually read it..a common interest perhaps? Sophie liked making friends. They may have gotten off or may still be on the wrong foot. But they could actually be friends, if they tried. She was half willing so it was up to him. "It is..a good book, I guess," she mumbled, unsure of what to say.

outfit "Verne was way ahead of his time, like centuries. Well maybe not that far, but definately a visionary. Want to go to luch sometime, and I can make it up to you." He said holding open the library door for her. "

"Sure..how about later?" she suggested, remembering that she and Jason were going to do something later or something along those lines. By inviting her to lunch, it showed Sophie that maybe he wasn't a jerk after all. He was popular and she was far from it. Any popular wouldn't have even spoken to her for this long unless they were trying to break her down or something.

outfit He shook his head, he hadn't said today. Besides even if he had wanted to do lunch today he couldn't have, today he had to have lunch with his father. Another meeting. Ugh, they couldn't just talk, no even that had to scheduled. He felt like such a jerk, asking her to lunch when we couldn't do it that day. "Well today won't work i have a meeting with my father, umm tomorrow posisbly? No that is when I have lunch date with Savannah, I'll tell you what I'll have Ms. Dorothy get to you on that. Sorry i know I said i'm normal, I get what you mean now. I am so not normal. Maybe you can help change that. I'll tell you what how about a dinner instead? Unless you really want me to be all 'popular' acting becasue I would really have to pencil you in."

Sophie laughed and waved it off. "It's no big deal, when ever is good for you I guess. Dinner would be great otherwise pencil me in for next Monday at four," she joked. She had to admit that she didn't mind much. Even she was busy sometimes, maybe not as much as him but still, either he was being honest or he was flaking on her. Both pretty big possibilities at this point.

outfit "Next Monday at four I have a meeting with my mother, so dinner tonight. Does that sound good to you? And do you have anything in particularly do/don't want to eat. That way I can tell Ms. Dorothy to make us reservations, unless you want fast food, which would be a nice break from the monotony of fancy resteraunts." He said smiling. Not really trying to mask his favoritism for the latter.

Sophie laughed once again, shrugging slightly. "Okay. Dinner tonight. And how about just some fast food, I'm not really into the fancy dinners," she lied. She loved going to high end restruants. But she would rather not go with him. She had a boyfriend and Carter was practically in love with him and she didn't need rumors going around that she was doing things behind Jason's and Carter's backs.

outfit He was somewhat relieved to hear that she wanted fast food, he'd been trying to get the blooming relationship with Carter on track. He really wanted it to work out, and rumors of him and the person that he had just met, Sophie, were dating. No that was just not going to happen. "So where did you want to go, Sonic, McDonalds, Wendy's, Burger King, Dairy Queen, IHOP, ehh any ideas. Anything is fine with me." He informed her, meaing what he said. As long as he ate he'd be good.

Sophie shrugged, she didn't really care where they went since anywhere was fine with her. "I do know this diner that is so worth checking out. Maybe we could head over there for dinner," she suggested. Sophie didn't want to admit it, but she was actually, kind of looking forward for later that night. It might even be fun.

outfit "Sounds good to me, always up to new places to eat. And diners always do have a lovely vibe to them, everyone is so friendly," he said, smiling. Even if he did think that tonight could be enjoyable, he didn't want to scare her away.

Sophie smiled and nodded. "Alright..cool," she said. Sophie had now decided that this was her way to check out Sevy for Carter. Of course she couldn't tell her who to date, but the least she could do was protect her. "So..tonight then?"

outfit He nodded in agreement. "Yes definately tonight, no matter what comes up I shall be there. So let's say 7:30ish? Or is that to late/ or early for you?" He asked, hoping that Carter wouldn't walk out, because then she could totally not get what was really happening. And assume that something else was going on.

Sophie shook her head, readjusting her bag on her shoulder. She was starting to think this wasn't such a good idea but shook away the thoughts. "It's perfect," she said, half nervous, half excited for the evening. She had actually found someone outside her group with at least one common interest.

outfit Smilling he nodded. He paused in the middle of the hall, realizing that he didn't know where this place was, or if he would. "So where is this lovely little diner that we shall be having dinner?" He asked, blushing a little.
