Jason looked back at her, holding the door open and then following her out of the store. "We'll just have to make it fun." He said, scrunching up his nose at how that sounded. He ended up laughing and holding his sides, while he doubled over. He continued laughing for about a minute until he finally calmed himself down and smiled back up at her.

Sophie laughed harder as he continued to laugh. She returned the smile pushing him lightly. "You are such goof," she remarked, "Plus, nothing can make World History fun." she said, "I'm just surprised that I'm not failing anything as of yet, but the year is still young," she added, giggling lightly. Jase looked over at her, his eyes seemed to sparkle as they did when he was extremely happy. "I know, but you're still my best friend." He replied, opening his car door for her and then getting around to his side once she was in. He backed the car up and started for her house so she could get her stuff, then he would have to pick up Skylar from his friend's house.

"For some really weird reason," she joked, getting into the car and buckling herself in. She switched on the radio, slightly bopping her head along to the music and mouthing the words as they drove to where she assumed was her house. She quickly got out when they got there and went inside, finding her bookbag and slinging it over her shoulder before heading back out to Jason's car. "Ready," she piped as she tossed her bag in the car before getting in.[/blockquote]

Jason started to sing along to the song on the radio as she went inside to get her things and continued to sing even as she got in the car. It never really bothered him to sing in front of her, because she always made him feel like he was good even though he didn't believe he was. "Okay, and we're off!" He joked, starting his car back up and heading to get his little brother who hopped in the car beside Sophie.

Sophie laughed as she got into the car, never really getting to hear him much because he had so much self doubt. She laughed when Skylar got in beside her, pulling him into a short hug right away as he got in. "Now we can go work on homework," she said, scrunching up her nose, she could get herself to say in it a way that was actually going to be enjoyable, besides Jason helping her out.

Jason nodded his head and when he pulled his car into the garage his little brother ran up to his room to play with his toys, or whatever it was that little kids did. He shrugged it off and figured he would feed him later if he was hungry. "Do you need anything Soph?" He asked, opening the door for her and kicking aside some clutter. Normally he was a neat freak but hadn't had any time to clean. He reached over and took her books from her with a smile before setting them on the coffee table and walking into the kitchen to get himself a bottle of water.

Sophie shook her head and followed him in and plopped down on the sofa, leaning forward a bit and opening her bag and taking out her books to get her homework done right away so they could hang out after she was done. Thankfully she didn't have much to do since she'd done almost half of it in her last period class. Sophie attempted to begin to work but couldn't concentrate long enough to work on the few problems she had left.

Jason took a sip of his water before placing it on the coffee table and sprawling himself out on the couch, smiling over at her but then frowning when it looked like she was having a bit of trouble. "Need help?" He asked pushing himself up so he was sitting and then looking over her shoulder, a bit closer then he normally would have been to her, but he felt comfortable with it.

Sophie looked over at him and nodded, showing him the question she was stuck on. "I really hate long answer questions, everything should be multiple choice or something," she laughed, reading the question over again and flipping through the pages in her book, hoping that the answer would just pop out. Jason read over the question and scrunched up his nose, trying to think of how to answer it. "Well, the answer isn't going to be in there because you have to think of it yourself, what do you think would have happened if this guy didn't butt in." He rephrased the question for her and hoped that it helped. Then he handed back her book and flashed a small smile, moving a bit back away from her.

Sophie made a small 'o' with her mouth and nodded, writing down her answer and moving on to the other questions, trying to think of it how Jason had explained it which actually did make more sense to her. "Thanks Jase. Seriously, why are you not a teacher? Wait, what are you even majoring in?" she asked while writing down her next answer and moving on to the next section of her work.

Jason half-smiled, happy that she thought he was a good teacher, that was something he was going for actually, well kinda. He wanted to be a music teacher, because he loved kids, and music. When she asked him what he was majoring in he laughed lightly. "I'm going to be a teacher. A music teacher." He said, looking over her answer and then nodding his head when he thought it sounded good.

Sophie nodded at his answer. "You're going to be a great teacher," she said, rushing through the rest of her homework, wanting to get it done and over with. She was happy that he had found something that he loves, the only thing that got to her was when he finished. She barely got to see him as it was, but once he actually had a teaching job the time they spent together was going to shrink again.

Jason laughed lightly as he watched her finish. He decided to help her out and gave her a few answers, mostly because he wanted more time to spend with her. As he watched her seem to be finishing up he got up and popped in a movie, deciding that they could at least try and watch it. "I'll be right back Soph." He walked off and tucked in his little brother before going to his room and changing into a pair of flannel pants and a hoodie. As he came back out to the living room he came back out to the living room and jumped over the back of the couch, tackling her.
